Our database holds saved purchase search profiles whose criteria match your property. Each person is counted once; many profiles are older than 24 months. of these prospective buyers have responded to a message from us in the last 24 months. We can approach them before your property appears on a portal, provided they have agreed to be contacted and their search request is still open. This is not a commitment to buy.
For these details we review demand personally. Our database holds only a few saved purchase search profiles for them. We will look at the location more closely and tell you which buyers we would approach specifically.

How the check counts
The basis is the active purchase search profiles in our client database. A profile counts if property type, district, purchase price, living space and number of rooms match your details. A purchase price counts as a match if it is within the budget and amounts to at least half of it. Each person is counted once, even if they have saved several search profiles.
The calculation uses the nearest grid value, for example 70 m² instead of 72 m² or 350,000 € instead of 330,000 €. The values used are shown directly above the result. The smaller figure counts prospective buyers who have responded to a message from us in the last 24 months. Older search profiles remain in the larger figure, even though it is open whether the person still wants to buy. We only approach people who have agreed to be contacted and whose search request is still open.
The median asking price per district comes from the housing market report of Investitionsbank Berlin. It is a grouped median derived from price bands of asking prices for owner-occupied flats and does not replace a valuation. For a reliable market value, use our free valuation.
