Google requires a Google account for a review. Google does not check whether the author was actually a client of ours. We do not check this either.
Replies to reviews
We reply publicly on Google. Our replies give no details about a transaction, a property or a person.
No consideration
We grant no consideration for reviews, neither a discount nor a gift nor any other benefit.
