What changed at BBI in 2026?
A new leadership team for flats and houses. The company changed its legal form to a GmbH & Co. KG. And we are building up the commercial property business. The brand and the office on Kurfürstendamm have stayed.
What does being part of NAI apollo mean?
NAI apollo is one of the major owner-managed real estate consultancies in Germany. It has offices in Frankfurt, Berlin, Munich and Rotkreuz. Through it, you reach buyers, partners and market figures far beyond Berlin.
Who is my contact person?
One dedicated person for every instruction. Flats and houses are handled by our team of agents on Kurfürstendamm. Apartment buildings and larger packages are handled by the investment property team. For commercial and logistics, write to logistik@bbi-immobilien.de.
