Does an initial consultation cost anything?
No, the initial consultation and initial assessment are free and without obligation. Commission is only payable once a purchase contract is concluded. Its amount is set out in writing beforehand. For flats and single-family houses sold to consumers, the equal split under § 656c and § 656d BGB (German Civil Code) applies: buyer and seller each pay half.
How quickly will I get a reply?
Usually within one working day, faster by phone: 030 327 734 0. For an assessment, we need the location, size and year of construction.
Do I have to commit to anything?
No. An enquiry is not yet an instruction. An agency agreement only comes into being in text form, meaning in writing or by email. You know the terms beforehand.
