What logistics space does BBI broker?
Warehouses, storage and logistics space in Berlin and Brandenburg, to rent and to buy. Plus production space and plots on which commercial buildings may be built. Among other things, we record the plot area in hectares and the warehouse area per bay, i.e. per longitudinal section of the warehouse. Also how much weight the floor can bear, how much power the transformer supplies and whether a rail track leads to the warehouse. We broker a lot of space confidentially before it is offered publicly. What is public is in the property list under Logistics.
How do I tell you which warehouse I'm looking for?
Send three details to logistik@bbi-immobilien.de. First, the space: how large the warehouse should be and how much outdoor space goes with it. Also the clear height, i.e. the free height under the roof, the number of doors and the number of ramps for loading and unloading. Second, the location: region, motorway access, proximity to customers and staff. Third, the timetable: from when, for how long, purchase or rent. We will let you know about suitable space and present confidential space after a short conversation.

Do buyer and seller also split the commission for logistics property?
No. The split under §§ 656c and 656d BGB (German Civil Code) only applies when a private individual buys a flat or a single-family house. For logistics, we agree the commission with the client before marketing begins. It is set out in the agency agreement. Anyone acting as a business (§ 14 BGB) has no right of withdrawal.
