No. The split under §§ 656c and 656d BGB (German Civil Code) only applies when a private individual buys a flat or a single-family house. For logistics, we agree the commission with the client before marketing begins. It is set out in the agency agreement. Anyone acting as a business (§ 14 BGB) has no right of withdrawal.
