What this website offers

BBI Immobilien brokers flats, houses, apartment buildings and industrial and logistics space in Berlin and Brandenburg. On this website you will find our properties, a free initial valuation of your property, guides and market data, and forms for enquiries, appointments and withdrawing from contracts.

Standard and status

We build the website to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. The implementation has been live since 29 September 2026. We checked it with automated tests across all pages and with measurements in the browser; last re-measured on 30 September 2026.

What has been implemented

• Every function can be operated with the keyboard, and the focus is always visible.
• Text and controls have sufficient contrast.
• Pages stay readable when you enlarge the text.
• Images, icons and controls have names that screen readers announce.
• Forms indicate required fields, mark missing entries and announce errors.
• Nothing moves on its own; animations are switched off if you set this in your system.
• Maps have a text legend, and the address search also gives its result as text.

Known limitations

• In the property overview, long titles are shortened if you greatly increase line and letter spacing. The full title is on the property page.
• The embedded sun path window on property pages can be operated by keyboard, but takes several steps.
• On the English pages, some property descriptions are partly in German.
• PDF documents such as property brochures and guides are not yet fully accessible. On request, we will send you the content in another format.
