We are looking for people who sell property in Berlin, currently as freelance partners. Office on Kurfürstendamm, brand since 1995, part of NAI apollo.
What we are looking for now
Freelance partner (m/f/d)
You work on your own account. From BBI you get the brand, the market data, the portal access and the tools for brochures (the sales documents). We handle the processing after a deal is closed. We do not give instructions on working hours or place of work.
How we work together
- Win and manage your own instructions
- Settlement after every completed deal, based on the share agreed in advance
- No territory that belongs only to you. Anyone approaching an owner lets the others know first
Requirements
- Your own licence under § 34c GewO (German Trade Regulation Act), granted by the time we start working together
- Your own business registration and professional indemnity insurance, which covers errors in advice
- Experience in property brokerage or good contacts in Berlin
Not employment: you bear the business risk, keep your own books and pay tax and social security yourself. Before the contract is signed, we check together whether the arrangement is clearly distinct from employment.

Do I need my own licence under § 34c GewO (German Trade Regulation Act)?
Not as an employee: you work under the company's licence. As a freelance partner, yes, because you broker on your own account. You apply for it at the relevant district office (Bezirksamt).
How much can I earn with you?
That depends on the role, experience and results. Employees receive a fixed salary plus a share of the commission. Freelance partners receive no fixed amount, but a higher share instead. We give you the figures in the first meeting.
Do you also take career changers?
For brokerage we require experience, for other office roles we do not. If you have a background in bank advisory work, property management or construction, it is best to write to us even without a matching job advert.
How quickly will I get a reply?
Usually within a week, even if the answer is no.
Is working from home possible?
Partly. Because of appointments on site, the office is the norm; individual days can be arranged. Freelance partners decide for themselves where they work.
