How this selection is made
Listed are sales recorded in our customer management system with a notary appointment or, for new-build flats, with reservation and completion. The list is not complete: we leave out houses and plots in small municipalities, portfolios of flats and sales with rare features, because the owners could be identified from them. Most cases are in Steglitz-Zehlendorf (11 of 20).
Until the change of legal form in 2026, BBI Immobilien GmbH brokered these sales; since then the company has been called BBI Immobilien GmbH & Co. KG, with the same brand and the same office on Kurfürstendamm (facts and figures).
