BBI Immobilien brings entrepreneur trio to the top and further expands its commercial business.

BBI Immobilien is repositioning itself. Phil Radtke, Nadine Vigansky and Maximilian Vigansky, three entrepreneurs, are taking a stake in the long-established firm on Kurfürstendamm through their holding companies and are taking over the management of the core business in residential property and investment property.

At the same time, Managing Director Andreas Krone will expand the industrial and logistics division of the company, which has been active on the Berlin market since 1995.

The new management team

Phil Radtke, CEO and Managing Director, is responsible for the residential division and the investment property business.

The estate agent, certified by the IHK (Chamber of Industry and Commerce) and the EIA, previously worked in the lead and sales business at ImmoScout24, helped build up the Berlin office as the first Keller Williams agent in Germany and founded Pentos Real Estate.

He brings this combination of market knowledge, sales strength and entrepreneurial experience to the repositioning of BBI.

Nadine Vigansky, COO, is responsible for the operational business and the sales strategy of BBI Immobilien. The certified estate agent (IHK) built up a team of 140 sales staff at Aroundhome as Director Inside Sales and most recently worked at WattFox.

Her focus is on measurable results, clear responsibilities and a customer experience that combines quality, speed and reliability.

Nadine Vigansky

Maximilian Vigansky, CDO & CFO and Managing Director, is responsible for digitalisation and finance. As a licensed estate agent and an IHK-certified mortgage and insurance intermediary, he covers brokerage, financing and insurance protection.

Before that, he was responsible for sales, marketing and recruiting at VIAFON GmbH for eight years. At BBI he is building the AI-supported marketing and process platform, from data-based pricing to automated customer outreach.

On 1 July, Leon Westner, previously at Logivest, joined the Berlin team. He will cover the commercial and logistics property market and is responsible for further expanding the division.
