Description
Das Reihenmittelhaus verbindet die Fassade einer denkmalgeschützten Siedlung in Tegel mit einem Garten, zu dem sich das Erdgeschoss öffnen soll. Das Haus von etwa 1920 wird mit einer Planung für Sanierung und Modernisierung angeboten. Was davon im Kaufpreis enthalten ist und wann gebaut wird, regelt der Kaufvertrag. Nach Bescheinigung der Denkmalbehörde können erhöhte Absetzungen in Betracht kommen (§ 7i EStG bei Vermietung, § 10f EStG bei Eigennutzung).
